The Union Guarantee

Union Guarantee: free re-clean · damage covered · vetted, insured staff

1. Free re-clean

   If any part of the service wasn’t done as agreed, tell us within 48 hours of the job finishing (WhatsApp, phone or email, ideally with a photo). Our team returns within 24 hours of your message, or at a time that suits you, and re-cleans that part free of charge.

2. Damage

   If our team causes any damage, we tell you straight away and repair or compensate it in full. Please tell us within 48 hours about any damage you notice.

3. Insurance

   Union Cleaning & Facility Services is an insured company.

4. Staff

   All our staff are background-checked and trained by us.

5. Exclusions

   The guarantee does not cover: stains or damage that existed before the service; old, fragile or badly installed items; areas you asked us not to clean; dirt caused after we leave (guests, pets, building work). For post-construction cleaning, the guarantee covers the dust and debris present at the time of cleaning, not new work.

6. Your rights

   This guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
